I have never lingered in a bath and the idea of a bath and a glass of wine and a book is anathema to me. I have a shower in this house, the first house I have ever lived in with a shower. I use it and not the bath but am in and out in a few minutes. Actually a bath pillow sounds disgusting to me. I thought baths were for washing and beds ...Ummm... I thought baths were for washing and beds were for sleeping?
I only ever shower anyway. Our bath seems to be just for collecting dust and cobwebs.
When I was a kid, we only had a bath once a week on Sundays. There was only enough hot water for one bathful so Dad went first, followed by us three kids all in together before the water got too cold. Can't remember when Mum bathed. Perhaps she got a sneaky tubful of hot water when we were all out at school during the week.

JayCeehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01373622852406554111noreply@blogger.com
