I cooked a betty crocker box mix the other week (I only buy the box mix once a year, I dont see the point of having all of the ingredients in as I so rarely bake any cakes or biscuits). I must have lost my cake tins in the move here. LOL I had to cook it 2 different times in the oven as I only had a fruit cake tin (you know with the spring closer). It made a right mess. the cake was awful, we cut it and it turned to dust! LMAO I hope yours came out well!
