The Rabbits Leave Their Nests.

They say a week is a long time in politics.  It's even longer if you're a young rabbit.

They have opened their eyes and walking around and even picking at rabbit food and hay.

Nature never ceases to amaze me how fast new born animals get on with it and thrive so quickly.

Anyone else breeding rabbits or thinking of getting some?

  4. Good. Carrots must be good for rabbits eye sight because you never see one wearing glasses.

  5. Nature messed up with human babies, they are parent-dependent for much longer, but most of us don't seem to mind. We look at our babies who look back at us with so much love and trust :)

  6. We humans seem to take a very long time to wean and feed for ourselves unlike the animals who are ready in a few weeks River.
