Dogs Birthday Party.

No not the name of some nineteen seventies English Prog Rock band.  Although it would make a good name for one don't you think?

It was the pups first birthday on Sunday.

We saw these cup cakes on offer at the local German Garden Centre and beer providers and supermarket and we bought some candles to go with them.

Well it was bonfire night and a special little dogs birthday after all!
I love these Autumn early dark nights, don't I not?

Do you have birthday parties for your four legged friends?

  4. Totally agree GZ. Much easier than cutting a large cake and we should always find an occasion to celebrate. The cats and dogs dogs and humans all tucked in and enjoyed the celebration for a one year old puppy dog.

  5. Would love one of those German and Beer Provider cup cakes.... But I don't eat sweet stuff anymore. Now if it was a packet of their bratwurst, well that's another story. Bet your animals would prefer them too. Happy puppy birthday

    1. They were great Linda. Oh bratwurst. You took me back to when I went to see Kansas in Warsaw in 2014 and then next day we caught a nine hour train to Vienna for a few days. We sampled the bratwurst and pints of Dunkel and even went to Bratislava for the day. The cakes in Vienna are divine.

  6. I would call them buns, but wouldn't need an excuse to eat them.

  9. No I do not, though I have heard of people doing pet parties. Mostly they are people who don't have children.
