  1. Wouldn't be my choice of something in the living room, but the bearded dragon is quite sweet (I can cope with anything with legs!). Please don't feel the need to tell us what he eats!

  2. It's good to have passions in life and Son-Two has clearly got one. Reptiles are less bothersome than girlfriends and they never expect Valentine cards. If I had a bearded dragon I would call him Vladimir Putin.

  3. Thanks for your thoughts the veg artist. I can't say I like them myself really. I much prefer a dog. They are loyal and make good friends.

  4. Very true Mr Pudding. The Goods in the Goodlife had a Cockerel called Lenin. We once owned a donkey and I gave him the name Trotsky. Vladimir Putin would be a good name for a bearded dragon. Oh yeah. There is FA cup football on the beeb this weekend. Especially tomorrow at the Theatre of Dreams.

    1. No. You are mistaken Northsider. Hull City are not playing tomorrow so The KC Stadium will be empty. We beat Portsmouth today by four goals to nil. Hooray!

  6. Or some Koi Carp in your pond? I would love a fish pond full of Coarse fish like Perch, Tench, Carp and Roach. With some lily pads and a keepnet to keep my beer cool. Thanks JayCee.

    1. We have about 30-40 Golden Rudd. They don't stay still long enough to count them properly!

  7. Vladimir Putin the bearded dragon. Now that made me laugh. So did Trotsky the donkey. I think a better name for a bearded dragon would be ZZ Top. If you feel as if you want to go with political figures, might I suggest Castro?

  8. ZZ Top would be a great name for a bearded dragon Debby. Or maybe Che Guevara?

    1. Debby would be a fine name for a female bearded dragon if indeed this species has female members.

  9. I like the lizard type creatures. It just reminded me that my grandson once had a chameleon. I wonder they fed him. Lizard biscuits?
    Interesting to see others pets

  10. A chameleon would be a great pet. Hero eats live crickets, wax worms, meal worms and salads. I don't mind salads.😊
